Overview

With the help of TRBOnet Dispatcher software you can organize a large dispatcher centre for distributed network or just equip a dispatcher workplace for your company’s radio network.

Company’s specialization doesn’t matter: it can be a security or a transportation company, bank, ambulance or police. Anyway, application of the software-based dispatcher console will let you extend your system’s capacity and provide the required reliability and scalability.

VoIP

Now a dispatcher doesn’t have to have a radio and to be present in the radio network. He can be in kilometers from the master station and the retranslator. All you need for access to the radio network is just an office PC, headphones with microphone and the TRBOnet DispatcherConsole.

A PC with installed TRBOnet RadioServer software and a plugged in MOTOTRBO™ master station will provide:

  • Communication between the dispatcher and subscribers
  • Event logging and voice recording in the system
  • Intercom

The application of the TRBOnet Agent (Remote Radio Gateway) lets a dispatcher work with a several radio sites. This function is especially convenient when there is no capability of using MOTOTRBO IP SITE CONNECT system.

The Cross Patch function lets connect subscribers using different frequencies or different sites. It’s particularly suitable for the period of migration from analogue to digital communications.

TX Passive. In systems with high activity the line is often busy so the dispatcher can not transmit a message. There is the TX passive function for this case. The dispatcher records a message and queues it. TRBOnet RadioServer will transmit the message as soon as the line gets free.

Event Logging and Voice Recording

TRBOnet provides recording of all the events in the system, including the private calls between subscribers and voice conversation between the dispatcher and subscribers. The conversations are stored as audio files on the hard disk and the event logs are stored in the database. The dispatcher can leave a short comment for each event or conversation in the system, carry out event search and generate a report.

Alarm and Emergency Call

TRBOnet supports a native MOTOTRBO Emergency Call (Signaling system) as well as MDC. Moreover, an Alarm signal can be generated after one of the following system events:

  • Telemetry
  • Lone Worker Policy
  • Geofencing Policy
  • Speed Policy

An Alarm message is not only displayed in the dispatcher’s monitor and logged into the database. It also can be sent to an e-mail or as SMS. This message will contain the following information:

  • RadioID
  • Callsing
  • Date & Time
  • Last Available GPS Location

Lone Worker

The Lone Worker policy lets the dispatcher set a time interval in which the communication with a subscriber is expected. For example, if a lone worker hasn’t called the dispatcher for 15 minutes, he gets a message and the dispatcher gets an alarm signal.

User Activity

The User Activity function lets the dispatcher make lists subscribers can be assigned to due to their activity. For example, if a subscriber sends a message “On duty” or presses an exact preset telemetry button this subscriber gets assigned to the “On duty” list in the Remote Dispatcher Console. The dispatcher can also assign subscribers to lists manually.
